Jo, Judith and Mike are a partnership of three experienced Master Coach and Coach Supervisors
who are passionate about developing the quality and professionalism of Coaching across the
world. Together we create a caring and very personal learning experience for all our
participants.
Our Fee for the Diploma is £2995 – though we do offer a bursary for each cohort and we also
take into account the background and country location of each participant in considering the
price for the programme.
Judith, Jo and Mike are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and delivered the programme in a way that allowed me to expand my thinking and learn more about myself as a coach and a coaching supervisor.
Along with theories and practice which have enhanced my ability to bring new perspectives to my coaching super-vision conversations, I have expanded my ability to think reflectively and reflexively.
I highly recommend this Coaching SUPER-Vision programme to anyone who wishes to support the professional and personal development of coaches.

After a long search for the right supervision course, I was thrilled when my colleague found this absolute gem! Jo, Judith, and Mike bring a wealth of diverse, real-world experience, elevating the training beyond anything a single instructor could offer.
From day one, they created a welcoming, supportive learning environment, making us feel at ease. Their prompt, insightful feedback on our work was invaluable.
The course materials are thoughtfully designed, evidence-based, and enriched with additional reading recommendations for those who want to explore further. This accredited, high-quality training programme exceeded my expectations – I couldn’t be more grateful to the team!

We use the Protea flower as our image for the
Diploma.
Being South Africa’s national flower, the Protea holds
deep cultural and historical significance in South African heritage. Often referred to as the “king of flowers,” the Protea has become a symbol of courage, transformation, and diversity.
For us, this is a powerful metaphor for our Coaching SUPER-Vision beliefs and what we like to offer and co-create during the Diploma. We would love to have you join with us.
